If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, please call 0478 526 808 or contact us HERE within 90 days of your purchase to request an exchange or full refund. We will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.


This guarantee is for a full 30 days. You can return products within that time for any reason, no-questions-asked. If it has been more than 90 days, unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To return a product, simply contact Health Meister by phone or email, and our friendly customer service representatives will discuss the issue with you and help provide you with an RMA number. Then just send the product(s) back and we will process the refund once it is received. HealthMeister offers free shipping to customers on orders over $99, however, but we do not provide free return shipping labels.

Here are the HealthMeister Return Policies:

  1. One opened bottle of each product is eligible for return; all other returned products must be clean, undamaged, and in the original sealed container for refund.
  2. Although HealthMeister offers free shipping to customers on orders over $99, however, but we do not provide free return shipping labels..
  3. Items that are not eligible for return/refund are: Sample items, Spray extenders, Gift cards.
  4. If you purchased a program/package that involved a package discount and you are not returning the whole package/program, the discounted price is thereby forfeited and any items not returned will be reassessed at the undiscounted individual product price, and the refund amount adjusted accordingly.
  5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without obtaining a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first.

Refund Procedure:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted - usually 10-14 business days. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us HERE.

As stated above, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Auto-ship Members

Subscribers can cancel subscriptions at any time. Please allow up to 7 days for subscriptions to be canceled. We can not refund any recurring payments that happen within this 7 day cancellation period.
